SimplicITy! fits in by actually tailoring our courses to individuals ie: secretaries will need different topics to that of sales people, accounts people, marketing people.

By conducting a tailored analysis of specific roles, we can identify what training is needed and at what level - therefore, courses are written around the specific needs of your business. Manuals too are specifically tailored to your company - thereby YOU own YOUR own training. Furthermore, if you want to give responsibility for further training to an individual within your organisation, then we will be more than happy to provide them with the skills and methods necessary to carry out this role effectively; in other words we’ll train you to train !
